Our Story

Commodity Ag is owned and operated by a sixth-generation farming family.

With deep roots in Western Australia’s grain industry, we’ve experienced first hand the challenges of limited supply chain flexibility and the lack of opportunities for growers to connect with global markets.

Through our expanding network of storage and handling facilities, our dedicated fleet of trucks, and the recent addition of a shipping berth out of the Port of Albany, Commodity Ag now offers a true end-to-end solution, from paddock to port, for Western Australia’s agricultural community.

About us
For growers

We’re opening new doors for Western Australian grain growers. Our goal is to help you access more buyers and better opportunities by connecting you directly with traders across global markets. With reduced storage and handling fees, and introductions to trusted trading partners actively seeking WA grain, we’re helping growers capture more value from every harvest.

For Brokers

We’re welcoming new partnership with grain brokers across Western Australia to expand their reach and unlock new market opportunities for the growers they represent. By connecting brokers with a diverse range of traders and leveraging our shipping berth out of the Port of Albany, Commodity Ag is helping create efficient, reliable pathways to international markets, strengthening relationships and driving better outcomes for all parties.

For traders

For traders sourcing grain out of Western Australia, Commodity Ag offers a complete end-to-end logistics solution, from paddock to port and beyond. Our integrated network of storage, handling, transport, and export capabilities ensures your grain moves efficiently, securely, and on schedule. You focus on the deals, we’ll get the grain from the paddock and loaded onto your vessel.

For Buyers

Through our network of trusted trading partners, Commodity Ag connects international grain buyers with high-quality Western Australian grain direct from growers. Our partners manage both large and small export parcels, offering flexibility to meet diverse market needs. With efficient shipping operations through our berths at the Ports of Albany and Esperance, we make sourcing WA grain simple.
